OUTLINE
I. From the point of view ofrecycling, paper has two advantages over B1 and oil because:
a) Papercomes from a B2 resource:trees. And trees are B3.
b) Paperis also biodegradable, so it does not pose as much threat to the environmentwhen it is B4.
II. Australia’s paper industry:
a) AlthoughAustralia’s record in the re-use of waste paper is good, it is still necessaryto use a combination of recycled fiber and B5fiber to make new paper.
b) Governmentshave encouraged waste paper collection and sorting B6.
c) Thepaper industry develops new technologies that have B7 the way for even greater utilization of used fiber.

d) Beforethe recycled fibers can be made into paper they must be B19 or treated in such a way that they B20 together.
